Thanks to a non-deformable industrial steel frame, the load capacity is very high: it can indeed reach 2500 kg. Lifting and lowering goods is child’s play, especially since the travel capacity is between 85 and 200 mm and the steering is done in a perfectly ergonomic way via the handle. Ideal for fast and safe transport, this machine has steered wheels and a hydraulic system that requires no maintenance. Whether in the chemical or food industry, its 210° steering angle allows it to be manoeuvred precisely and to squeeze into even the smallest spaces.
My opinion: A great pallet truck! If you don’t know which model to choose, I would recommend this Stier 902681 without any hesitation. I think it does a perfect job, exactly what you would expect from it. The steering is really smooth and handling it is a real pleasure, even though the wheels are made of plastic. With its 2.5 tons of maximum load, it also has something to suit all needs and requirements. I must point out that this cart is delivered unassembled, but by following clear instructions, setting it up is neither complicated nor time-consuming. You’ll also be impressed by the excellent build quality, and even if it’s just a small detail, you can even choose it in red, yellow, green or grey. A must-have model!

Levac 6140rct manual pallet truck compatible with standard Euro pallet pallets! The Levac 6140RCT has all the features expected on a manual pallet truck. In addition to its 115 cm forks, it has a rapid pump with an integrated tank. Thanks to the wheels with aluminium rims and rubber tires, manoeuvrability is ensured on all hard floors, especially since the 4 front bogies are made of polyurethane and are mounted on quality ball bearings. To ensure optimal control when moving, the handle has also been covered with a rubber coating. The maximum load it is capable of lifting (the stroke being about 20 centimetres) finally reaches 2500 kg, enough to make it useful for many professions.
My opinion: If you have a limited budget but don’t want to end up with a difficult-to-steer pallet truck, I would recommend this Levac 6140RCT. You can be sure that it won’t be more of a burden than a help, especially since it has the advantage of being lighter than other models and therefore easier to handle. However, it does not renounce to solidity thanks to a solid chassis, even if it is rather advised to go easy on the 2500 kilos: I did not try to push it to its limits to know when it would break, but I still think that it is not made for intensive use at maximum weight. But for the rest, it does really well and as it is also rather easy to assemble, it should not have any problem offering you full satisfaction considering its price.

It is also able to reach this height quickly enough to avoid wasting the user’s time, and it also has a load capacity of up to 1000 kg, ideal for daily use. Easy to use, its design favours ergonomics, with for example a hydraulic elevator so that the physical efforts required are as low as possible. Finally, it benefits from a very solid industrial steel chassis as well as quality tires for smooth and safe driving.
My opinion: In the category of manual pallet trucks with stacker function, this TradeDrive is the one I find the most interesting. It is one of the few to offer both a maximum load of 1000 kg and the possibility to lift up to 3 m high. The possibilities are therefore numerous, even if of course, in reality, it will be quite difficult to manoeuvre with so much weight at such a height! Nevertheless, it can do it and that’s what counts, and if you don’t necessarily need so much height, you should know that it is also available in other versions starting at 1.20 m high, and even with a load up to 1500 kg. It is with all these little details that it manages to pull its weight, especially since it is solid and rather easy to handle. If you need a stacker, this one should please you!

In addition to lifting the goods and bringing them easily to their destination, it is able to calculate the exact weight and even print the data thanks to its integrated printer. Designed in great detail, it has several measurement units, a memory for up to 20 products and up to 20 tare memories (the battery needed to operate this weigher has an autonomy of 30 to 60 hours). Finally, it has no problem finding its place in all professional environments since, in addition to its epoxy-painted steel structure, it has an industrial design that facilitates both use and daily cleaning.
My opinion: To complete this selection of manual pallet trucks, I also had to present you with a model capable of weighing instantly and printing the weight. Even if the needs in this kind of truck are more specific and do not speak to all professionals, this Gram TCAMEL-S is in this category one of the best. In addition to being able to carry up to 2 tons and to allow a rather easy movement, its weigher is precise and this is obviously a detail that counts! With this kind of load, the weight is displayed to the nearest kilo but it is enough, especially since to counterbalance this, the memory is of great capacity and the console is very easy to use. As you can imagine, this is a device that requires a small financial investment but you can be sure that it will be useful!
