MSW Procat2-in-1 hoist cart, the MSW Procat is not just a simple hoist cart as it also comes with the hoist for complete and immediate use. To meet all professional needs, the MSW Procat is available in different versions, the first of which is limited to a maximum load of 300 kg, while the most advanced model has a maximum load of 990 kg. Thanks to its remote control, the traction control is easy and it allows a safe use, especially since the powerful motor allows a speed of movement of 13 meters per minute. Its safety systems don’t stop there as the motor also shuts down automatically when the end of the cable is reached while the remote control has its own cable to protect all the electrical components and the hoist cable.
My opinion: MSW Procat offers a complete kit here and this is one of the reasons why it is my favourite hoist cart! It’s obviously very convenient to have the 2 elements directly available, especially if you are in the middle of setting up your workshop, warehouse, etc. Since they come to you already assembled, installation is quicker and easier! This is not the only feature that makes me recommend it: it is also of excellent quality, very sturdy, the different loads it is able to lift are quite sufficient, the control is very simple thanks to the remote control and its speed is good. If you want to choose an electric model, you should give this one a chance, it has all the assets to satisfy you!

Mophorm’s electric pallet cart is carefully manufactured to offer the best performance, and in addition to its high strength and anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating, it also features thickened wheels that are perfectly resistant to wear and tear and have pre-lubricated bearings. Designed to be installed on I-beams, it can be used with either an electric hoist or a manual hoist. Driven by a 50 W motor, it can be controlled by remote control with a 3 m long wire to ensure the user’s safety. Finally, it comes with several washers that can be moved on either side of the main supports to adjust the width and thus adapt to each need.
My opinion: If you want to buy a good quality electric pallet truck without spending too much money, this Mophorm is clearly what I would recommend. With its 500 kg maximum load, it may be a bit short to meet some very specific needs but it still has enough to meet most expectations. Especially since I found it solid, well designed and easily adjustable depending on where you plan to install it. Its remote control is also practical, and well made and it allows you to move it very easily and safely. The cart also moves rather quickly, which is always a good thing if you don’t want to feel like you’re wasting time on the tasks at hand. If 500 kg is enough for you, you can choose it without hesitation: it is a good value for money!

ECD Germany pallet dolly For easy movement of loads of 500 kg or even 2 tons! The ECD Germany hand pallet truck is available in two different versions, but the maximum weight capacity is different, but the robust construction is the same. It can be installed on I-beams and is capable of linear and curved operation, and the double wheels are designed for straight or conical support rails. Width adjustment is easily accomplished by means of a counter-rotating fine thread, which allows for precise adjustment. Made of steel, it is not only super strong but also durable and made to withstand all conditions thanks to its powder coating and lubricated sealed bearings. Finally, it can be used with any type of hoist, whether manual or electric.
My opinion: When you decide to opt for a manual hoist cart, you want it to run smoothly! The important thing is to limit the effort required, especially when the load is heavy. And in this respect, there is no fear with this ECD Germany, it’s got it! This is a detail that made it come out on top among my favourite models: even if you have to move almost 2 tons, you can be sure that the ball bearings are of good quality and will give you all the help you need. As for the rest, I have nothing to complain about: it’s excellent workmanship, everything is very solid and inspires confidence. This is the kind of equipment that will last for many years without any problem, so you can buy it without hesitation, you won’t be disappointed!

eller pallet truck A complete range to meet all needs! At Eller, the pallet trucks come in several models: 500 kilos, 2 tons, 3 tons and even 10 tons. The equipment is based on robust construction and a manufacturing process that favors high-quality materials. Both the chassis and the wheels are extremely resistant and the unit can be used in private workshops as well as in the warehouses of heavy industry professionals. Easily adjustable by adjusting the spacer discs, they can be positioned on any I-beam (for straight-line movement only) and they facilitate the movement of the heaviest loads thanks to lubricated bearings that limit the efforts required. Regardless of the maximum weight allowed, they can accommodate both electric and manual hoists.
My opinion: Ideal if you find that carts are always a little too small in terms of maximum possible load! Eller is indeed one of the few brands to offer a model that can lift up to 10 tons, and this is clearly an asset if you need to lift very heavy metal parts, for example. It is also a rather high-end brand, so you can also expect to receive high-quality equipment, with impeccable finishes and perfectly designed, down to the smallest detail. The structure is very solid, the wheels are excellent, as well as the ball bearings offer a great fluidity in the movement. The price of this top-of-the-range product explodes as the maximum load increases, but it’s really very good. A purchase you won’t regret!

The hoist is the best way to move heavy loads more easily, this manual hoist cart can lift up to 500 kg, which makes the work much less painful. The trolley’s robust design, including rollers mounted on high-quality ball bearings, ensures that the trolley always moves smoothly. Designed to be installed on beams and I-beams, it can be adjusted between 45 and 220 mm to adapt to all configurations. Like all the other equipment in its category, it can be completed with an electric hoist, a manual chain hoist or even simply a lifting pulley.
My opinion: This Wiltec hoist cart is, in my opinion, one of the best quality/price ratios you can find in this category of manual models. As for the Mophorm, the fact that it is limited to 500 kg probably disqualifies it for some professionals, but for all the others, I find that it does its job very well and that it offers a good alternative at a lower cost. I found it to work very well, it felt solid enough, its adjustment to the beams is simple and even if its ball bearings are not the smoothest I have tested, they do not present any resistance to moving heavy loads while limiting the efforts to be made. If you’re on a tight budget, or if it’s a secondary piece of equipment in your shop, this is a great choice.
