Tubesca Three-Plane Ladder With an access height of 7.71 m, The Tubesca 3-plane transformable ladder (10 + 10 + 10) was designed to meet the expectations of professionals and individuals alike. Made of aluminium, it is able to withstand intensive use, especially because it has aluminium cast joints, a flared base to provide perfect stability and a steel anti-spreading arm to ensure the user’s safety. In terms of safety, there are also anti-slip shoes in a semicircle at the base and their rungs are also ribbed to prevent the shoe from slipping. Because of its design, it can be used in different ways, including on floors of different heights since a level shift is integrated. In addition to its versatility, it is easy to handle, it offers a good grip; and with its 21.4 kg, it is still movable at will. When folded, it is finally 3 m long, and the maximum load it can support is up to 150 kg.
My opinion: This Tubesca 3-plane ladder is clearly my favorite! The brand has an excellent reputation and it is not very difficult to understand why: it is solid, the kind of material in which you invest once and that lasts for many years. Because yes, we are talking about an investment here, but it is clearly worth it. In addition to being able to climb very high (almost 8 m all the same, the possibilities in terms of work are thus enormous), you feel perfectly safe once on it, probably thanks to the excellent finishes and the mastered design. Straight floor, uneven, staircase, you can easily set up everywhere, and even if it is obviously quite long once folded, it is not very complicated to store as long as you have a garage or a workshop. We are clearly on the high end, but if you can afford it, I recommend you go for it: you will not regret it at all!

Facal offers here a sliding ladder 3 planes (9 + 9 + 9) reaching a maximum height of 5.94 m, what to be useful for both individuals and professionals. All aluminium and very robust, the maximum weight allowed is 150 kg, it meets all safety standards and this is reflected in particular by non-slip feet and a system of solid links limiting its spread. Thanks to a patented articulation system, it can be used on a flat floor as well as on slopes and even stairs. Once folded, it is only 2.58 m high and as it weighs 15.2 kg, it is quite easy to move it and find a place to store it.
My opinion: This Facal is in my eyes one of the best value for money you can find! In addition to being very affordable, I think it’s a very good ladder, which ensures almost all the levels, whether it’s the practicality of use, the maximum working height or the safety. By allowing you to go up to almost 6 m high, it allows you to carry out various types of work, and the advantage is that once you are on it, even when you are up there, you feel good: it is perfectly stable and therefore very reassuring! Although the anti-spreading system is not made of metal, it is solid enough and you can trust it. And even if the base is not flared, the anti-skid pads play their role very well. If you are tempted by it, don’t hesitate, it’s a good choice!

Dripex 3-plane ladder is telescopic and multifunctional! Thanks to its patented convertible design, the Dripex is a ladder that can be used in a variety of ways: it can be used as a stepladder (for a maximum height of 4.7 m), as a classic A-frame ladder (with a height of 2.25 m), it can be transformed into a staircase ladder and it can even be used as a scaffolding system (1.25 m high) on which it is possible to position the 2 platforms provided. Versatile and ideal for carrying out many jobs, it is at the same time solid and durable since it is made of aluminium alloy and is capable of supporting a weight of 150 kg. In detail, it is actually made up of 4 sections of 4 rungs, and each of these sections opens and closes in a perfectly safe way, without any risk to the fingers. Moreover, thanks to rubber sleeves, the structure does not slip and as it is very compact when folded, it does not take up any space and is easy to store.
My opinion: I wanted to present you with this Dripex because it is clearly an original transformable ladder. We are not really talking about a 3 sided ladder but thanks to the versatility of its use, I think it will seduce you. I was quite impressed by all the possibilities it offers, and especially by the fact that it does quite well in all areas. So yes, of course, it doesn’t go up as high as other more advanced models with more rungs, but it is very practical for painting ceilings, for example. For DIY at home, this is the kind of tool that you will always find useful, and you will also appreciate the fact that once folded, this telescopic ladder does not take up any space at all and that it is also easy to move thanks to its wheels. Cheap, I really recommend it without hesitation!
